Rachel is a clinical nurse educator for critical care and a sessional academic, most recently for post-graduate critical care studies. Rachel has a Masters in Critical Care Nursing and a Graduate Certificate in Health Professional Education. Rachel is passionate about ensuring nurses have continued access to high-quality education and professional development opportunities, especially within the clinical environment, as she believes it value-adds to a positive culture and safe workspaces. When not at work Rachel enjoys reading, cooking and travelling with her family, especially in the Australian outback.
