Resume & Cover Letter Services

We can not provide a guarantee of any job by using our service. It will only hopefully improve your current resume and cover letter but there are many factors that are at play in recruiting. We do not promise that your application will be more competitive.

The delivery timeframes include:

PRIORITY: you will receive your drafts of your new CV and CL within 3 business days (Mon-Fri) (not including the day of purchase) once we get all the information we need via email.

STANDARD: you will receive your drafts of your new CV and CL within 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri) (not including the day of purchase) once we get all the information we need via email.

Revisions are completed when requested, with an aim of less than 3-5 business days of you requesting them. We cannot be held responsible for missed application deadlines, each client is unique and the amount of time required to complete the documents to perfection varies from client to client. We recommend engaging our services a MINIMUM of ten business days before application deadlines. No refunds will be given for missed deadlines.

Payments

Payments are via the website online. Payment is required in full with all orders. Your credit/debit card will be debited on acceptance of your order to ensure that sufficient funds/credit are/is available in the account.
All credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery, and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal.
Should a suspected error be made in billing your credit/debit card, our policy is to provide a full and immediate refund, pending further investigation by the management.

Delivery Format
When working on your drafts, we will provide files in a PDF and Microsoft Word formats. We cannot be held liable for incompatibility issues with your individual computer set-up although we do try to assist as best as we are able in resolving any such issues and will provide alternative, more suitable formats if we are able to do so. However, it should be noted that IT support is out of our field of expertise and if we are unable to agree upon a resolution, then the user will need to seek appropriate professional IT support at their expense. Please note; we do not create editable documents in Apple Pages, Google Docs, or any other editable format other than Microsoft Word.

Project Completion
We will work with you until you are 100% happy with your final drafts with no time limit. Due to the volume of clients we work with, if you do not respond to our emails after drafts/completed versions emailed to you we will automatically close the project after 14 days of inactivity from you, and we assume the drafts submitted were completed to your satisfaction. Projects can be reopened at our discretion after your request. Projects that have been inactive for 30 days will not be reopened, and these projects are considered completed providing first drafts of documents ordered are submitted by us. It is up to you as the client to provide feedback within a timely manner.

Refunds/Cancellations
There is no trial or grace period after purchasing a writing service. A considerable amount of time and effort goes into critiquing, researching, drafting, writing and proofreading your new documents. It is this time that you are purchasing, rather than a tangible product. As resume/cover letter writing is a bespoke and tailored service, we are unable to offer full refunds once your project has started. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • If you wish to cancel your order while it is being drafted, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inform you how many hours they have worked on your project thus far, and we will charge you for work already complete at an hourly rate.
  • If you wish to cancel your order after you have been sent first drafts of your documents, we will not issue a refund unless we are in breach of our own terms and conditions. We will, however, work on your project until you are 100% happy or reassign your project if required.
  • Under no circumstances will we issue monetary refunds after 30 days from placement of your order.

Like any bespoke writing service, you should expect multiple drafts and revisions before a finished product is available. To ensure satisfaction with your final documents, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our writers will work with you throughout the revision process until the final draft is to your satisfaction.
In no event will refunds be issued if deadlines are missed. Project lifecycles are unique to each individual’s needs and specifications. We recommend starting the process at least ten business days before application deadlines to ensure your documents reflect your own skills and experience and are tailored toward the position you are applying for.

Resume Length
Our Resumes are limited to a maximum of three pages. For the vast majority of applications, a resume should NEVER exceed three pages regardless of the amount of work experience (unless an academic resume), and it is our advice to keep the document to this as an absolute maximum.

Communication with your Writer
All communication is to be completed through email or phone.
