Tessa Moriarty is a credentialed Mental Health Nurse Consultant with over 35-years’ experience across public, private and primary mental health and alcohol and drug settings, in executive/management, clinical and consultant roles. She currently works with primary health care organisations, in the quality improvement, and clinical governance space. She also provides individual and group clinical supervision and reflective practice
to health professionals and ensures that well-being and intentional self-care are part of her supervision model and session structure. As an experienced group facilitator and psychotherapist, she brings both professionalism and a humanistic approach to her work.

With a background in professional writing, Tessa writes on mental health and wellbeing and is also writing creative non-fiction. She is collaborating on a book on clinical supervision – reflective practice.
